As a Certified Seniors Professional (CSP), Melissa specializes in helping seniors and families navigate real estate transitions, including downsizing, relocation, probate, and estate sales. She also specializes in first-time home buyers, short sales, foreclosures, distressed properties, investment properties, and rental management. As a Certified SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), she brings specialized knowledge to complex distressed-property transactions.

Melissa's background provides an unusual depth of knowledge in evaluating and preparing properties for sale. She earned a degree in Interior Design and founded Cadscape Design, working as an AutoCAD drafter with builders and architects.
